Jill Goodman brings 25 years of experience helping independent and private school leaders transform their vision into reality.
Jill's journey in independent schools began as a parent volunteer and evolved into deep leadership roles. Over two decades, she served on boards of trustees for two schools, worked as development director and marketing/communications manager in the Baltimore area, and launched Jill Goodman Consulting in 2017 to serve the broader school community.
Since founding her consultancy, Jill has partnered with over 60 schools and organizations, focusing on enrollment retention strategies, development capacity-building and campaign planning, and leadership mentoring. She presents nationally and internationally on these topics and shares insights through monthly articles reaching over 3,000 school leaders.
